Week of Feb. 28th

Monday after gymnastics we went to buy tape to make our craft table again. We took it down for company. They girls enjoyed putting the butcher paper on the table and setting it up.
Wednesday after school I had a meeting so Matt put the girls to sleep. He makes it sound so easy- such a great father!
Thursday Jenni D. came into town for a sleepover- our first sleepover at the new house. The girls were so excited someone was sleeping in the guest room. They put on their best show dancing and asked Jenni to read 4 books at bedtime. She gladly helped and played! She is only 11 weeks but is showing- wouldn't you with triplets?! She is such a great friend. Matt, Jenni and I got our cookies, crawled in bed and watched American Idol. I don't see her often, but when I do, we just pick up where we left off.
Friday morning we made pancakes for Jenni. The girls were sad she had to leave. Sydney cried because she found a picture she made for her at bedtime and forgot to give it to her. We cheered up and went to the park for some fun. After naps The Moore bunch came over to celebrate Melissa's birthday. The girls "petted" Molly and Sandy rocked her while we all ate bbq. Andrew was in town so the girls played ball outside with him.
Saturday we went to Napier Elem. to host a birthday party with our life group. The girls played with everyone and we had a good turn out. They got their faces painted, painted rocks and danced on stage.
Sunday after church we went out for lunch. Sydney does so well at restaurants now. We have to keep Caitlin busy and she sits for maybe 10 minutes. Sydney gets frustrated with her and says, "Next time we will leave her home so we can go to a restaurant." Moms- watch what you say because when they turn 4 they repeat your tone perfectly!
