Week of August 22nd

Tuesday was Sydney's first day of school. She was so excited! She woke up at 5:55am bouncing and uncontrolably happy. She stared at herself in the mirror after she put on her uniform. We all walked her into class. She went to the rug, started playing with toys and waved goodbye at us. Other parents were playing with their kids trying to make the bandaid exit-ours just waved and said goodbye. Yep, she is ready for the big K. We picked her up at 11:30 half day and she went on and on about their lion hunt. They found the lion eating cheetos. She laughed every time she told the story.
