After 3 turns, Sydney finally got the PINK car!

This week we enjoyed Dollywood! Sydney was braver so she rode the "flume zoom" with Matt and also the swings with me. The big hits were the ferris wheel, Veggitale rollercoaster, the flying elephants and cars. Honorable mention went to swings and bumper cars. Splash Country was a hit too. There are 3 big sections-one for babies, one for our age kids and one treehouse with splashing water for big kids. We found two great slides they loved and probably enjoyed 50 rides throughout the week. Caitlin went through phases of going down by herself and then the one time the lifeguard lets her go "a little" underwater, she only wanted to go down with us. Matt enjoyed the wave pool and wanted to save lives while he floated with Sydney. Caitlin wouldn't touch the waves but loved the calm water every 10 minutes. If you are thinking about going, I highly recommend splash country in the morning, hotel for nap, then dollywood for evening. Three hours is max at each place for the day.
