Week of April 28th

Monday Carolyn came over for lunch. She was amazed at how big Sydney has grown. She is a toddler now!
Tuesday we went to playgroup at Diane's house. She has 2 boys so Sydney played with "boy" toys and loved the cars and trains.
Thursday Heather had a get prewedding get together so Matt was alone with the girls for the first time while I went to Heather's house. Caitlin isn't taking a bottle well from others so he had a difficult time with that. But he bathed Sydney and put both girls down for the night. He's a pro!
Friday Melissa came over to watch the girls while I went to the Bridesmaid Luncheon. Caitlin didn't take the bottle well, but Sydney loved playing with "mmlissa." Jevin stopped by so Sydney went crazy! That night mom and Jim came over so we could go to the rehearsal dinner. Mom sprained her ankle so she stayed downstairs with Caitlin while Jim and Sydney played upstairs in the balls. After Sydney's bath, Jim took her to their house while mom stayed with Caitlin until we got home.
Saturday I was in and out so Matt took care of Caitlin. Caitlin is doing a lot better with the new medicine. She is starting to smile and have some personality. She is so stinking cute and looks just like her daddy! Mom and Jim came over again to sit with Caitlin and Sydney went to Sandy's for the night. The wedding ran late so we lounged all day Sunday. Thank goodness we have family to help with the girls. It was a busy weekend and I felt so comfortable leaving the girls with family. Such a blessing!
