Week of August 6th

Sunday mama and daddy took me on a picnic with gama, granddaddy, uncle andrew, uncle jevin, and melissa, who kisses me a lot. i played with gama while everyone else listened to this loud sound that granddaddy called music.
Monday is mama and me day. we cuddle and play a lot. i like to sit outside and listen to mama read to me. i like to sit on the dryer while mama makes the house smell good.
Tuesday mama left me with auntie a. there was lots of noise downstairs because uncle t was talking on the phone. grando p, gigi, and aunt jessie came to see me too. i had fun being held for so long. i even got to sleep in grando p’s lap. i get really hot when i cuddle with him. he likes to call me his little sauna.
Wednesday i had little visitors. mama said they were students from her school. there were three kids who looked alike; mama said they were triplets named chandler, richard, and katherine hawkins.
Thursday i went to lunch with mama and her friend, carolyn. green hills grille is a nice place to take a nap. then we went to great grandmother granny’s house. i didn’t feel well so we went to grando p’s to hang out. gigi and i watched the rain while mama and grando p went to buy me diapers.
Friday i got to see my best friend, madeleine. i am about 12 hours older than her. we like to smile at each other while mama and madeleine’s mom, audrey, talk about us. i look forward to fridays because i know daddy comes home for a long time. he held me ALL night until i was so exhausted i had to make him put me in the crib.
i LOVE Saturday mornings. it is my favorite day! i get to lie in bed with mama and daddy. they stare at me all morning long. these two furry things like to sniff me. one of them likes to curl up beside me and sleep. i am starting to like the white furry stuff. it is really soft.
